Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soccer Manager Pro app (the “App”) published by Fesstech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

Subscriptions

Soccer Manager Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the App on iPhone and iPad.

Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your Apple ID is charged.
Price and billing period: After any free trial, the subscription is $4.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in the App Store: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
Existing and legacy users: Users who purchased an earlier paid version or the previous one-time iPad unlock, or who first downloaded the App before it became subscription-based, retain full access at no additional charge.
One subscription, all your devices: A single subscription covers your iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple ID.

Payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies (see reportaproblem.apple.com).

Your Content

Rosters, formations, games, and other content you create are stored on your device. You are responsible for your content and for maintaining your own backups. We do not have access to this content.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation or use it in any way that could harm others.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that timers, alerts, or sharing features will always function as intended. You are responsible for player safety, playing-time decisions, and compliance with your league’s rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fesstech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains that we collect no personal data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by Apple’s Standard EULA or applicable consumer-protection law.
